Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with the products you received and wish to return/exchange the items:

1) The items MUST be in original package, not used, not washed, not damaged and not soiled.
2) The items MUST be returned within 14 days after day of purchase using a reliable courier service. It is encouraged that you use a service that can track your shipment.
3) Shipping fee paid for the previous order is not refundable
4) The refund will be banked in into your desired bank account OR you can exchange for another item of the same price OR you can use it to purchase other product and deduct the amount from the price you paid earlier

Too Expensive To BUY??

Do you think that these diapers are too expensive? You are interested in trying them but are not sure if it suits your baby well??

Here is then your chance to rent the diapers for RM 7/week for the first week and RM 5/week for the subsequent week.

The main objective of you renting them is so that you can actually 'test' the diapers with your child first so that you know for sure that it is going to be useful after you buy them. It would be such a waste of money if you did pay the full price of the diaper but found out that you don't like using them.
